My Junk Drawer

Vacation Time

Been off the grid this past week.

I needed a serious break to recharge; the balance of work, home, and gaming was leaving me a little ragged. So, the wife and I took another couple to our absolute "relax place." We landed at the airport, grabbed pizza, hit Sam's Club for provisions, and literally did not leave the resort until we flew back this morning. We sat in the pool, read, napped, caught up, drank, and slept in. Absolute perfection.

I have one more day off before heading back to the grind. There are some massive changes happening at work, so a stressful six weeks are on the horizon. Plus, I'm traveling to Nashville next weekend for my niece's graduation.

On the gaming front, I'm running Shadowdark, DCC, and maybe an online WHPA game in the coming week. I've also been doing a ton of writing (and brainstorming). I need to cross the finish line on my next Kickstarter, complete my two entries for different annuals (DCC and WHPA), and develop a few new ideas I just need to get out into the wild.

Through it all, our show continues! The Collector's Alphabet will be live-streaming this Sunday at 9:00 PM. I’ve got some big ideas to expand my video presence and grow this sphere.

So, wish me luck... tune in... reach out... roll dice... keep hunting... and always STAY WEIRD!
